HIGH PRIORITY WILDLIFE CORRIDOR
The would-be developer’s second attempt at rezoning, though largely
unchanged from the first, is technically a new application and must be
addressed accordingly. Don’t forget, Developers never weary!

Re Proposed Development at 52 Cabbage Tree Road Bayview NSW 2104
This SECOND SCC application by Waterbrook Bayview targets
NBC’s largest High Priority Wildlife Corridor
(file at foot of Home page ) is largely unchanged from
the PREVIOUS application, rejected 6th January 2015
It persists in endeavouring to persuade the Department into
re-zoning “Sensitive Lands” for a major Housing development.
It absurdly verbose and fundamentally flawed, as evidenced by
the 577 page submission .
NBC’s strong objection dated 3rd May 2016
Pittwater LEP provides for large such developments at adjacent
Ingleside where the project could be accommodated without
infringing statutorily designated “Sensitive Lands”.
The application also fails to comply entirely with conditions
specified on the SEPP 2004 application form itself.
Bayviewlife.org is an association of local residents opposing
this patently monstrous (and, likely, temporary) brazen disregard to
the precarious ecological AND environmental balance
and respectfully request its rejection forthwith.
The SCC application was approved on 30th March 2017
to build 95 units 4 storeys high
on largest Wildlife corridor in Pittwater.
