BAYVIEW IS NOT ALONE !
Habitat in Beecroft, IBM building West Pennant Hills, Manly Vale are threatened.

TERREY HILLS HAS SIMILAR SCC PROBLEMS.
This is changing our communities without consultation !
There is no "community consultation"  during
the "Site Compatibility Certificate" (SCC) process which the Department of Planning uses to assess these developments.
The Hon Rob Stokes MP, knows this.

The community / electors are not very happy
with this (SCC) process, and people can be expected
to vote accordingly in the next elections .
Refer our petition, with well over 4,200 signatures .
! !   Take note - over 4,300 people are really not happy   ! !

The proposed seniors living development of 95 Units 3- 4 storeys tall
on OPEN SPACE in a High Priority Wild Life Corridor
at 52 Cabbage Tree Road Bayview
should be re-considered.
This Bayview apartment development proposal is  "ill-planned "and "ill-considered "
( just like similar developments  at Terrey Hills)
This wildlife corridor and Open Space site is being "re-zoned" for
3-4 storey apartments using an SCC, without any strategic assessment ! ! !
